My Skills & Qualifications

December 2021 - Present

Senior Digital Designer/ Lead Branding & Signage,
Fueling Brains, Houston TX

Joining the dynamic team at Fueling Brains, an innovative EdTech startup dedicated to early childhood brain development, marked the beginning of my venture as a Digital Designer within the Marketing Team. Swiftly, my responsibilities evolved, propelling me into the role of Lead Designer for comprehensive company rebranding and signage projects across North America. Working hand in hand with the Art Director, I assumed the role of creative lead, guiding projects from inception to fruition. Through my involvement, I've played a pivotal role in shaping a unified and captivating visual identity that mirrors the pioneering ethos of Fueling Brains.

2018 - Present

Founder,

My Diversity Dolls, Montreal

My Diversity Dolls is a heartfelt initiative that crafts custom, hand-crafted, up-cycled dolls celebrating the richness of diversity. This ongoing project champions embracing our differences and stimulates education through play while challenging traditional beauty ideals. Through each unique doll, my aim is to foster conversations around acceptance, inclusion, and love—transcending appearances, abilities, ethnicities, religious beliefs, sexual orientations, and focusing on the kindness within. Each creation serves as a catalyst for dialogue, advocating for a world where diversity is not just seen but celebrated.

2014 - 2020

Director of Operations & Events
Casa Bianca, Montreal

As Director of Operations at this boutique hotel, my fusion of creativity and organizational acumen led to a remarkable 25% increase in revenue. I harnessed my skills to optimize partnerships with new vendors, integrated the latest third-party booking platforms, and spearheaded a comprehensive website redesign.

Beyond core business operations, I launched and managed a thriving private events program. Also acting as the creative director for this initiative, I covered everything from branding and marketing to interior design and logistics for diverse events such as weddings, concerts, corporate dinners, and gallery openings, each crafted to provide unforgettable experiences.

2013 - 2014

Graphic Designer,

Web Account Manager

Logo Mojo by Deluxe, Montreal

In my role within the Design Service team at Logomojo, I collaborated closely with clients to craft custom logos that perfectly captured the essence of their brands. This position honed my ability to balance creativity, efficiency, and communication—skills that were crucial as clients frequently required multiple iterations before giving their final approval, while the business demanded high output.

Throughout my tenure at Logomojo, I successfully completed more than 1,000 logos, often managing over 25 client accounts simultaneously. This experience not only sharpened my design skills but also reinforced my capacity to deliver exceptional, tailored service under tight deadlines.

2010 - 2015

Art Direction, Branding & Event Director
Pinq, Montreal

Commissioned as the interior designer for the grand reopening of this renowned Montreal bar, I was entrusted with shaping every facet of the venue's identity. This comprehensive role included designing the layout, selecting color schemes, materials, and lighting, as well as curating art and furniture that aligned with the management team’s vision. My close collaboration with the team enabled us to transform their concept into a tangible, vibrant reality.

Following the successful launch, I continued as the Creative Director, where I oversaw the creation of all in-house branding and communication materials. This included everything from digital marketing content to menus, signage, stationery, merchandise, and promotional flyers and posters, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints.

2011 - 2013

2D, Concept, UX/UI Design
