Please accept this letter as a very sincere letter of recommendation for Jessica Gauthier.
For the 3 years, I found myself fortunate to have Jessica on our creative team for KidsU Inc., Fueling Brains and Fueling Brains Academy as a Sr. Graphic Designer, helping to develop brand concepts and evolve communications for our multiple brands. The companies benefited from both her strong work ethic and creative design flair. Jessica was always able to move from project to project smoothly, often handling multiple projects with tight deadlines at the same time, without sacrificing quality.
Without hesitation, Jessica would be a valuable member to any creative design team lucky enough to have her. She will excel at any position or task given to her and would be quite capable leading a creative team of her own in a Sr. Designer/ Art Director capacity.

I am writing this letter of recommendation for Jessica Gauthier in support of her application for any kind of work or employment that requires a self-starter, entrepreneurial, responsible, organized and careful person.
I have been based in Los Angeles since 2004 and operating a business in Montreal that finally sold in November, 2019. Jessica was the manager for the last 6 years. As you can imagine, after 10 years owning the business at a distance, so much depends on who is in charge. I had experienced 5 different Operations Managers prior to Jessica and she was by far the most outstanding in all ways. Our company was looking for “someone excellent in problem solving, customer service, operations, marketing and social media.” She learned new technology and software, she led the development of a new website, revised interior design, photography, social media and managing 6+ staff, sought and won city permits, and managed events including weddings, charity dinners, gallery openings and concerts. I never had to check to see if work was being done.

Jessica worked in the Sava Transmedia Art Department as a ux-ui/graphic/2D artist under my supervision for 2 years.
Her responsibilities included producing concept art, in-game rendered assets, corporate graphics for presentation documents and external promotional content.
During her time at Sava she contributed to the creation of the original IP Rubber Tacos, our first online and mobile game product. Her fine art background paired with her graphic artist/ illustrator skills were of great help to many aspects of our game art pipeline, especially on the UX/UI (user interface) side where clean and efficient design is key.
Jessica is a creative, meticulous and organized person. She is a team player and promotes a positive vibe in the studio. Therefore I would encourage you to consider Jessica for a position in your organization.
